1. Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds for premium subscriptions under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, which we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Subscriptions where you have actively used premium features extensively
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Change of mind after using the service

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes:

  • Approval notification: 3-5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days
  • Bank/credit card processing: 3-7 business days (varies by financial institution)

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods after cancellation.
